Auction Manager
After years of experience in Real Estate Brokerage and Accelerated Sales, Jason Dolph joined Chartwell Group as Auction Manager of the Southeast Accelerated Marketing Division, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Jason’s regional knowledge combined with Chartwell Group’s international experience in Accelerated Real Estate Sales makes him a pivotal member of our Real Estate Auction team.
As a third generation Real Estate Broker and Auctioneer, Jason Dolph has successfully completed innumerous real estate auctions, representing various property owners from small investors to well capitalized corporations. Involved in all facets of the Auction process, Jason lends his experience and unique abilities to every program he conducts.
Jason is a graduate of Mendenhall School of Auctioneering and the Mingle School of Real Estate, both located in North Carolina. He is a long time member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) and the Auctioneers Association of North Carolina (AANC), and a candidate member of the highly regarded Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) organization.
In 2007, Jason completed education and sales requirements for the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE)designation, regarded as the top designation for Real Estate Auction Professionals and currently awarded to less that 1% of Real Estate Auctioneers worldwide.
