MAKE NOMINATIONS NOW FOR 2009.
NOMINATIONS MUST BE MADE BY JUNE 1, 2008 FOR CONSIDERATION FOR JANUARY 2009

To be considered for nomination to The AANC Hall of Fame, a member must have been an active participating member for a minimum of ten years effective January 2009. Nominees earn points as listed below for active participation in the profession in national, state and community activities. Any AANC Member may make nominations.

If you wish to nominate a member for consideration for The Hall of Fame, fill out this form and send it with a letter to AANC, P O Box 41368, Raleigh NC 27629 by June 1, 2008. Once nominated, a nominee remains eligible for consideration for five years. All nominations are submitted to Hall of Fame Committee at the June convention for a vote. The committee consists of all Hall of Fame Members present at the June convention. The committee may choose to induct one, two or no members each year.
