Terms & Conditions: 1)All sales as is, where is, no written or inferred guarantees of any kind. All sales final.
2)No buyer may ever bid on his/her own items.
3)Terms of payment: Cash, All Major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Approved Check with appropriate photo identification.
4)NC Sales Tax of 6.75% will be added to all items purchased according to NC State Law. If you have correctly & completely completed the NC Sales & Use Resale Tax Form, you are reponsible for the 7% NC Sales Tax and it will not be collected by our Company.
5)Buyers Premium of 13% will be charged on all items. You will recieve a 3% discount if you are paying by cash, check or debit card. The 13% is applicable on all items purchased and not paid for on the day of the auction. This includes all phone and absentee bids.
